Moliva, Refund Policy

If you wish to return your order, our return procedure is as simple as that!

Whether you are in Canada or internationally, you have the possibility to return items within 14 days of receiving your order. The form and shipping must be completed within this period. Items must be unworn, unwashed and with the original tags still attached. You can fill out the return form on our return platform.

In order for us to track your return, we ask that you include the correct order paper and leave your contact details on the package. No other paperwork is required (you do not need to print anything).


We recommend reusing the MOLIVA packaging bag, but any other type of packaging is acceptable. You can reseal the original bag using the adhesive strip inside the opening. Don't forget to remove the old shipping labels. We reserve the right to refuse a return that does not comply with our policy.

Please proceed to a shipping center (of your choice) for shipping. You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return. Please note that the initial and return shipping costs are non-refundable. The new return label will be affixed directly to the package by the cashier.

IMPORTANT: ** It is essential to always take a tracking number. If you do not take a tracking number, MOLIVA, Canada Post or any other carrier will not be able to trace the package in case of loss. Therefore, if this package is lost, MOLIVA or the carrier will not be able to make a refund.

**Christmas Policy: All orders placed from December 1st, and received by January 2nd, are eligible for return until January 15th. The normal 14-day procedure therefore resumes for orders received from January 3rd.

***All refunds may take up to 10 business days to be received and confirmed in your payment method. Once we have issued a refund, it is not possible to cancel it.
