Once your order is placed, it will take 24 to 48 hours to process and will normally take between 2 and 5 days to be delivered for delivery within Quebec and 3 to 7 days for the rest of Canada.

We will only refund merchandise that has not been worn or damaged within 30 days of the original purchase.

Although we are unable to change the contents of your order once it has been placed, we can often help you cancel your order completely depending on how far along your order is in the packaging process.

If you would like to exchange an item for a different color, size or style, we recommend creating a return and placing a new order.
