RETURNS AND REFUNDS


Refund Policy

This policy will be applied without exception. Please read it carefully before making your purchases.

  • We refund any merchandise that has not been worn or damaged within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • Any return request received after this deadline will be systematically refused.
  • Items must be in their original condition. That is, new, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and undamaged, with all original tags attached.
  • If you are unsure whether the product you wish to return is no longer considered new, please contact us at service@molivaclothing.com before proceeding with the return.
  • A fee of $11.95 plus taxes will be deducted from the refund to cover return shipping costs.

We do not do any exchanges directly. If you want a different size, color or model, you will have to order again from our online store.

Moliva is not responsible for stolen or lost items.


Returns procedure

To initiate a return, please proceed with a return request by contacting us by email at: service@molivaclothing.com with the subject: return request

Items to be returned must be in their original condition. That is, new, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, free of any alteration and with their original labels attached.

Items that do not meet the eligibility criteria described above may result in a refusal of return acceptance.

Once the return request is accepted, a return label will be sent to you by email.

A fee of $11.95 plus taxes will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping costs.

Once the package is received, please allow 5-10 business days for item inspection and refund.

After inspection and acceptance of your return, you will receive a refund notification by email, to the email address provided on your invoice, that a refund has been issued. Please note that it may take a few days for your bank to credit the refund to your original payment method, even if Moliva has confirmed the refund.
